Day 1 - way, Ft. Lauderdale
So I'm sorry that I only now begin to report from my trip, but the week was just too stressful! Sunday morning, the 4th of July, we went in the morning go to 4:30 the taxi picked us up and brought us to the airport. Around 8 we flew at 11 and we arrived in Ft.Lauderdale. Then off to the same
RentalCar service, of course, did not work out our great deal in a rental car, but have been happily pointed to another, but when we had to pay three-fold. We were all but certain that the trip without a car could be really painful, so we have taken the high price simply tolerated.
have oriented ourselves quickly in Fort Lauderdale and are then also GEDU toward the beach. Unfortunately, the sky was already wolkenbehangen and when we arrived at the beach, we have also become pretty wet first. Nice welcome, Florida!
Have we then decided to take advantage of the bad weather and take up the approximately five-hour drive to Orlando were, in effect, even more I think.
have it but then managed to make the long drive was not too boring. With good music and snacks / drinks and then we went quite well.
Our loyal Toyota Cambry in red. Has served us very well, even if it was dicey towards the end again, but this later more.
arrived in Orlando, we have set up the first time in our cozy hostel. So, more precisely, the hostel was in Kissimmee, 10 minutes south of Orlando. But we have neither the one nor seen from the other great city anything. Dorm and was a rather not so clean, but we were then at a price of $ 10 per night per person will also really do not care. Even had a pool and a bar plus pond where we saw for it made the evening in good company under the fireworks cozy.
Later we went to bed dog-tired, excited about the next day!
